SLR provides agricultural research in partnership with private, and industry funded bodies throughout Western Australia’s grain growing regions. SLR differs from other field research companies with a core focus on extending research messages to the industry. We are currently working on some high profile projects in conjunction with private companies, research institutions and semi government funded authorities. SLR is based in York, WA, with facilities and equipment to carry out the field component of the intended evaluation required to gain market acceptance.

SLR Agriculture was initiated by Michael Lamond and Synergy Consulting Group to better inform growers of research messages. SLR continues to have a close relationship with Synergy, whilst collaborating with other consulting firms through agronomy groups and agricultural supply branches in Western Australia.

Our team of professional researchers have diverse experience in broadacre agriculture and managing projects from start to finish. SLR are project managers, rather than field trial contractors, and work with partners on product development, field evaluation and strategy advice on market fit. We are passionate about innovation and research, maintaining relationships with industry partners and extending research messages to growers.
